Do you have a physical store?

At the moment we do not have premises or branches. Everything is through our online store and sales through social networks.

How long does it take to produce your products?

We have a processing range of 15 business days (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays do not count.)

Why do they take so long?

This is due to high demand for our products and limited staff (1 person). Added to this is that we sell more personalized products.

I need an order for a gift

Your purchase must be made at least 3 weeks in advance to avoid time problems. But you can check the immediate shipping options for the products we already have available.

How long does it take for my package to arrive?

If you chose delivery by standard parcel, it takes 4-6 business days. Express shipping 1-2 business days. For international shipments, it takes 6-10 business days. All this will depend on the season and the package.

Are taxes charged at customs?

Not in shipments to all of Mexico. But in international shipments it is possible that they can charge taxes that the customer must cover.

What happens if my package does not arrive?

First you have to check what happened in the package, if the product cannot be recovered, we will send you another one completely free of charge, you would only have to cover the shipping costs.
